Courtyard Marriott Downtown El Paso is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to hotel standards, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, but training available.

Responsabilités

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Marriott and hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace bed linens, towels, and other guest supplies.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned guest rooms and areas.
• Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Follow proper Lost & Found procedures.
• Maintain and properly use housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Respect guest privacy and hotel property at all times.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests.
• Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
