Des Moines Renaissance Savery is currently seeking Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team at our Stepstone Hospitality-managed hotel. The role involves ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are maintained to standard.

Responsibilities Include

1. Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, checking room lights and television, spot cleaning, and stocking supplies.
2. Report missing items and any repair needs to supervisor, and maintain cleaning equipment.
3. Protect guest safety and well-being; be courteous to guests and co-workers. Keep doors closed during cleaning for safety and security.
4. Handle lost and found items promptly by taking them to the housekeeping office.
5. Communicate effectively in English with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
6. Follow safety procedures related to bending, stretching, arm movements, and lifting techniques.
7. Adhere to all company and hotel policies and attend required meetings.
