Summary:

Ensures the dining area remains clean and well-organized, supporting the front-of-house team. Maintains cleanliness throughout the shift and prepares the space for the next day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sweep and clean dining room floors during service.
2. Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces.
3. Refill sauces, condiments, and other supplies on tables.
4. Empty trash bins and dispose of trash properly.
5. Assist with resetting tables and setting up the dining area.
6. Maintain cleanliness in guest-accessible areas, including beverage stations and entrances.
7. Communicate any issues with supplies or cleanliness to management.
8. Mop floors at the end of the night.
9. Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
