A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your duties will include:

• Cleaning assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Performing deep cleaning tasks when required.
• Stocking, maintaining, and transporting housekeeping supplies using the supply cart daily.
• Disposing of trash and recyclables properly.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Performing turn-down service as needed.
