Job summary

Loews Coronado Bay Resort is seeking a detail‑driven Room Attendant to maintain spotless guestrooms and bathrooms in accordance with Loews standards. You will ensure every space feels welcoming and comfortable for guests, reflecting our commitment to quality and hospitality.

You will organize carts, restock supplies, report maintenance issues promptly, and uphold safety protocols while delivering friendly guest interactions. Weekend and holiday availability may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergency situations.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
