Job summary

Loews Coronado Bay Resort is hiring a detail-driven Room Attendant to create spotless, welcoming spaces for our guests. You will be the heartbeat of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service that reflects Loews’ commitment to comfort and quality.

You will clean rooms, replace supplies, and report issues promptly, while maintaining a professional appearance and friendly interactions with guests. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels’ standards.
• Replace linens and amenities; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets; stock supplies.
• Report lost items or irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas as needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols for chemical use and emergencies.
• May be required to work varying schedules.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels’ standards.

• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergency situations.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

The wage for this position is $29.00.
