Job summary

Hyatt Place Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods is seeking Room Attendants/Housekeeping Hosts to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and deliver a welcoming, high-standard guest experience. You will interact with guests, ensure rooms meet quality expectations, and support the hotel’s service standards.

Previous cleaning experience is required. Candidates should be able to work weekends and holidays and lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
• Must be able to multi-task
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Must be 18 years or older

The Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment.

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms as assigned.

Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests required.

The range for this position is $16-$17/hr.
