Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to standards.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.

This role is essential in delivering an exceptional hotel experience by keeping rooms and suites spotless, well-stocked, and inviting. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
