Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant for the DoubleTree Campbell - Pruneyard Plaza in Campbell, CA. You will be responsible for cleaning and restocking guest rooms, maintaining pristine public areas, and ensuring a welcoming stay for guests.

The position offers hourly pay and a benefits package including health, holidays, a 401(k), education programs, travel discounts, and daily pay. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred and a high school diploma is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, meeting high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and ready for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude to make guests feel valued and welcomed.
• Follow pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Role:

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every guest finds their room in impeccable condition. Your role is crucial in making each guest's stay comfortable, clean, and memorable. Some of your responsibilities include:

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
