Quorum Hospitality's Hotel Virginia, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, invites you to join as a Room Attendant. You will clean and restock guest rooms, making beds, and ensure every space meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You’ll work with a friendly team, follow safety procedures for chemicals, and report maintenance needs promptly. We offer benefits, holiday pay, a 401(k) plan, travel discounts, and daily pay to support our valued team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Flexible availability.

Responsabilités

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Role

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every guest finds their room in impeccable condition. Your role is crucial in making each guest's stay comfortable, clean, and memorable. Some of your responsibilities include:

What We’re Looking For
