We are currently looking for a Room Attendant to join our team! Our Hampton Inn by Hilton is located right off US-3, 15 minutes from Hanscom Air Force Base, and a 35-minute drive to Downtown Boston or Historic Salem, MA. We feature 129 beautiful guest rooms, and during their stay, our guests can enjoy nature at Great Brook State Park, just 15 minutes away. Burlington Mall is only three miles away. Daily seasonal breakfast is served to all our guests. The Hampton Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates.

Role:

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work typical shifts that may include weekends and holidays when required.
