In this role, you will deliver outstanding Guest Services as part of our Housekeeping team, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests from check-in to check-out.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing guest requests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
2. Ensure guest satisfaction by returning lost items and maintaining a home-away-from-home atmosphere.
3. Prepare carts with supplies for efficient cleaning of assigned rooms.
4. Maintain cleanliness by dusting, trash disposal, bathroom cleaning, and linen refreshing.
5. Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly.

Physical Demands:

1. Lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs.
2. Push/pull carts weighing 50-100 lbs.
3. Extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces.
4. Clean a minimum of 13 rooms daily, meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
