Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

1. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
2. Clean all assigned guestrooms, including dusting, making beds, removing soiled linen, retrieving clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning inside windows, and replenishing rooms with supplies.
3. Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; works well under pressure.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
