Residence Inn by Marriott Anaheim Hills Yorba Linda is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable suites and common areas. You will clean guest rooms to standards, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues to ensure a quality guest experience.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team within established safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to Company standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces and walls.
• Complete rooms efficiently within established guidelines.
• Restock amenities according to standards.
• Report maintenance issues or items needing attention.
• Report damage or missing items to the manager.
• Follow lost-and-found procedures and security protocols.
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized housekeeping area.
• Support other hotel departments as needed.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Located in Anaheim Hills, Residence Inn by Marriott Anaheim Hills Yorba Linda is an all-suite, extended-stay hotel designed to offer the comforts of home in a convenient Orange County setting. The property features spacious suites with fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas, along with complimentary hot breakfast, an outdoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center, outdoor fire pit, sports court, and on-site laundry. Just steps from Anaheim Hills Festival and within easy reach of Disneyland, Yorba Linda, shopping, dining, and major business destinations, the hotel offers a comfortable and convenient home base for both short and extended stays.

THE ROLE

As a Room Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for every guest. You’ll take pride in the details, keeping guest rooms and assigned areas to our standards while working efficiently and safely as part of the Housekeeping team. You will:

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to Company standards
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces and walls, and complete other room-cleaning tasks
• Complete rooms efficiently within established time guidelines while maintaining quality
• Restock guest room amenities according to Company standards
• Report maintenance issues or items requiring immediate attention
• Report any damage, missing items, or guest belongings found in rooms to the appropriate manager
• Follow all lost-and-found procedures
• Maintain complete security of assigned master room keys and return them at the end of each shift
• Assist with laundry and other Housekeeping duties as needed
• Communicate professionally and courteously with guests, managers, and fellow team members
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized Housekeeping environment
• Support other team members and hotel departments as needed

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Basic cleaning skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining Company standards
• Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and use good judgment
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team
• Ability to follow safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures
• Ability to work with approved cleaning agents
• Ability to frequently walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
