Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Biltmore Area in Asheville, NC seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and support our brand standards. You will work with a friendly team, manage linens and supplies, and assist guests with basic service and local recommendations.

Prior housekeeping is helpful but not required; reliability and attention to detail matter most. This is a fast-paced role with physical duties and daily routines, and we offer benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable with physical work including bending, lifting, and pushing a cart.
• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Hampton brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the front desk or engineering
• Restock your cart and maintain an organized supply closet
• Answer basic guest questions about hotel services and local recommendations
