Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential to maintaining the high cleanliness level guests expect from Hilton properties. Responsibilities include changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, assisting with laundry, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and flexible shifts as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Hampton Inn and Hilton brand standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, coffee items, and linens.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies in an organized manner.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Assist with laundry duties and public area cleaning as needed.
• Ensure all rooms meet quality standards before guest occupancy.
• Other duties as assigned
