Hampton Inn & Suites Biltmore Area is seeking a dependable Room Attendant to help keep our guest rooms pristine and welcoming. You will follow Hampton brand standards, restock supplies, and report issues promptly in a supportive, team-driven environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, physical stamina, and respectful guest interactions. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required; full-time benefits include insurance, vacation, and a discount program.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and detail oriented.
• Ability to stand, bend, and push a cleaning cart for long periods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Hampton brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the front desk or engineering
• Restock your cart and maintain an organized supply closet
• Answer basic guest questions about hotel services and local recommendations
