A leading benefits provider in Charlotte, NC, is seeking motivated individuals to join as Voluntary Benefits Sales Representatives. This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and the flexibility to control your schedule. Earn uncapped commissions while helping local businesses and their employees understand and select voluntary benefits. No prior insurance experience is required, and we provide support to obtain your state insurance license.

• Learn how to present Colonial Life’s voluntary benefit solutions to local businesses and their employees
• Help employees understand their benefit options and select the coverage that fits their needs
• Work hands-on with a local manager and experienced mentors who are invested in your success
• Enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to build your business at your own pace
• Make a real difference in your community by helping people protect their income and families
