Qualifications

• 1–2 years of residential solar experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights.
• Valid driver's license and insurance, as this role requires driving to job sites.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight throughout the state when necessary.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass a drug test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to install racking systems and solar panels on residential roofs.
• Assemble solar panels, arrays, and supporting structures.
• Install rooftop junction boxes (J-Boxes) for various roof types.
• Install and wire rooftop conduit jumpers using PVC and EMT with code-compliant routing.
• Terminate and install MC4 connectors with precision.
• Read and interpret standard solar installation plans and schematics.
• Conduct basic electrical checks and assist with advanced testing.
• Ensure installations meet company safety and quality standards.
• Provide service and maintenance for solar systems when required.
