Job summary

ProSolar Florida is seeking a dedicated Solar Installer to mount and wire residential and small commercial PV systems, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to plans.

You will install panels, inverters, racking, and battery storage, perform on-site assessments, read diagrams, test systems, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AHJ/Utility/NEC requirements.
• Must be mechanically minded for PV installation.
• Experience with battery storage systems preferred.
• Clean driver's license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems on rooftops and ground mounts.
• Assemble and connect battery storage systems per manufacturer specs.
• Interpret installation diagrams and map installation steps.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety procedures and site best practices.
• Test systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
