Qualifications

• Previous solar installation experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops and around customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing residential rooftop PV systems including panels, racking, wiring, and electrical components.
• Carry, stage, and position solar panels and equipment on rooftops.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a hazard-free site.
• Load/unload materials from company vehicles and drive to job sites as needed.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience on every job site.
