Job summary

SunPower is hiring an entry-level Solar Panel Installer to join our team. You will spend most of your day on rooftops installing racking, modules, and electrical equipment, working in various weather conditions.

This full-time role offers $60,000-$80,000 yearly, paid training, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life and accident insurance, plus an HSA and stock options. Prior roofing or installation experience is welcome; training will prepare you for OSHA standards and safe work

Qualifications

• Must have the stamina to perform physically demanding rooftop work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on installation role.
• Strong teamwork and reliability on a field crew.

Responsibilities

• Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment.
• Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation.
• Document completion of quality installation.
• Compliance with OSHA standards.
