Job summary

SmartRoof is seeking a field-based roofing sales professional in the United States. You will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process—helping them save on a full roof replacement.

Year 1 earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+, with strong growth into Year 2 (often $100,000 to $200,000+). Base pay plus commissions, paid training, and leadership opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Candidate is driven to succeed and able to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting homeowners.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for wind and hail damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
