SmartRoof is hiring for a field-based roofing sales role in Virginia. You will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for damage, and guide clients through the insurance restoration process to secure a roof replacement. This is a start-to-close sales career with training and rapid advancement potential.

Year 1 earnings target is $70,000–$100,000+ with Year 2 prospects of $100,000–$200,000+. Base pay plus monthly bonuses and uncapped commissions drive strong income.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to build a career in roofing sales.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for wind and hail damage.
