Job summary

SmartRoof is hiring for a field-based roofing sales role designed to grow from entry level into leadership through a clear career path. You’ll meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, assess roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide insurance restoration, delivering a consultative experience from contact to close.

Year 1 earners typically see 70k–100k, Year 2 100k–200k+, with base pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and leadership opportunities as you prove yourself in the field.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops.
• Ability to guide homeowners through insurance restoration processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for wind and hail damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
