Job summary

SmartRoof is seeking a field-based roofing salesperson who will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process to save money on full roof replacements.

Year 1 earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+, with potential to reach $200,000+ in Year 2. Base pay plus monthly bonuses, uncapped commissions, paid training, and leadership growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and participate in roofing sales training.
• Ability to work outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus—not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for wind and hail damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
