Job summary

Eataly North America in Los Angeles seeks a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant AGM in day-to-day operations, overseeing servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers and barbacks. You will help hire, train and evaluate staff while ensuring service excellence and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory review, event coordination and collaboration with dining room and bar personnel. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing a front-of-house restaurant team.
• Understanding of steps of service.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house staff and assist with daily operations.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and safety compliance.
• Assist in hiring, training, evaluating and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor dining room activities, incidents and budget indicators.
