Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Rooftop Loader in Glendale, AZ to load and unload roofing materials, assist with rooftop distribution, and collaborate with drivers to ensure safe, timely deliveries.

You will operate conveyor systems where certified, inspect equipment, and adhere to OSHA guidelines, protecting customer property and following company safety protocols. The role involves lifting heavy items, working at heights on varied roof pitches, and occasional local travel to support

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 80–100 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to read work orders and shipping orders; follow instructions.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts.
• Proficient in verbal and written English for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Assist in assembling scaffolding and other structures per safety guidelines.
• Transport materials onto rooftops using conveyor systems when trained.
• Verify and reconcile material orders and maintain inventory documentation.
• Provide excellent service to roofing contractors and respond to inquiries while protecting customer property.
