Job summary

SRS Distribution is seeking a Roofing Materials Loader/Unloader to load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks and position them on rooftops. You will work closely with drivers to ensure accurate material placement and maintain the company's standards for safety and outstanding service.

This outdoor role is based in Belgrade, MT, involves heights, varying weather, and operating safety gear. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, pass background checks and drug tests, and have

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with potential overtime.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks.
• Ensure safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate distribution of materials onto roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor systems where trained and certified.
• Verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide service to roofing contractors.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and company protocols.
• Coordinate with drivers and team for efficient loading/unloading.
