SRS Building Products - Wayne is seeking a physically capable candidate to load, unload, and position roofing materials on rooftops across Wayne, MI. You will follow OSHA guidelines and work with drivers to ensure efficient material movement while maintaining high safety standards.

Role requires ability to lift up to 100 lbs, operate related equipment, and pass background checks with a pre-employment drug test. Spanish skills are a plus, and nationwide work eligibility is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights on rooftops.
• Pass background checks and pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and PPE usage.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs per safety rules.
• Operate conveyor belt systems where trained and certified.
• Verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate with drivers and teammates to optimize loading/unloading.
