Job description

Utilize your strength and reach new heights as a Rooftop Loader.

The Rooftop Loader supports the Driver at the Branch by loading the truck and riding with the Driver to the job site to unload building materials safely and efficiently. The materials are unloaded onto the roof with attention to the Roofing Contractors' needs and the homeowners' property. This role offers opportunities to learn about our industry, new equipment, and our business operations.

Experience and Abilities:

1. Experience and interest in working in a physically demanding, labor-intensive position, lifting up to 100 lbs properly, repeatedly, and daily.
2. Comfortable working on roofs and not having a fear of heights.
3. Basic math skills for inventory counts and English verbal and written skills for reading purchase orders and communicating with team members.
4. Prior roofing industry experience is a plus.
5. Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
6. Available to work Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime during the busy season.
7. Adopt the mindset of the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
8. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for any length of time.
9. Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
