Onni's Solette Seattle rooftop kitchen is a fast-paced, high-energy venue in South Lake Union. We’re seeking a hands-on Sous Chef who leads from the line, drives service, and maintains high standards across prep, execution, and daily kitchen flow.

Bring 3+ years in a high-volume kitchen (CDP+), strong multi-station skills, calm under pressure, and natural leadership. This hourly leadership role offers growth with a creative, people-first team and a competitive benefits package.

• Strong skills across multiple stations.
• Calm under pressure, sharp during service.

• Flexible availability (nights & weekends).
