Job summary

Stateside Live! in Philadelphia is launching AVA Rooftop Bar, an open-air venue above the Sports Complex featuring skyline views, craft cocktails, and a high-energy social atmosphere.

The Barback will support a polished service environment behind the bar—performing prep work, restocking, keg changes, and cleanups while delivering friendly, professional guest service. Nights and weekends are common shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service and bar/nightclub operations.
• Fluent English required; other languages preferred.
• Must be 18+ or older per state regulations.
• Strong communication with guests and staff.
• Alcohol awareness certification or valid permit/food handler card.

Responsibilities

• Energetic, outgoing, fun while remaining professional.
• Perform basic bar prep: refill ice, restock beer/liquor, cut garnishes.
• Change empty kegs in keg room and move full kegs.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment; clean spills; empty trash.
