Qualifications

• Experience in upscale, high-volume dining helps
• Ability to move quickly and maintain cleanliness and flow
• Strong communication with FOH and kitchen teams will be valued

Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from kitchen to guests with speed and care for presentation
• Clear and reset tables between guests
• Keep service areas clean and stocked
• Refill water and assist guests with utensils as needed
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service team to maintain timing and flow
• Work with urgency in a fast-paced rooftop setting
• Support management with additional duties as needed
