Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with confidence and ensure a polished guest experience.
• Coach and develop the team, fostering creativity and hospitality excellence.
• Engage on the floor with guests and elevate service standards.
• Oversee staff scheduling, labor management, and pre-shift communication.
• Maintain cleanliness, atmosphere, and presentation to the Vanderpump standard.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar leadership on menus and events.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support performance.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency as a leader.
• Partner with marketing to support promotions and brand initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Take on additional duties to support hotel and restaurant operations.
