QXO is seeking a Full-Time Loader to join our delivery team in the New York area. You will safely unload building products and shingles from rooftops, verify order contents, and assist with delivery operations on a fast-paced job site. The role requires climbing access, working at heights, and a strong commitment to safety and PPE usage.

Expect early start times (6:30am), potential overtime, and a benefits package including health, 401(k), and PTO. Spanish helpful but not required.

What you'll do:

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop

• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site

• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck

• Assist with delivery operations

• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday.
• Start time 6:30am until work is done, around 4pm
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT and/or weekends based on business needs.

What you'll bring:

• Access 1- and 2-story rooftops to stage materials at delivery locations. Occasionally 3 story buildings
• Must be comfortable working at heights; required safety equipment and fall protection are provided.
• Support warehouse operations during slow periods as needed.
• Access to a reliable mode of transportation to commute to branch location
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
