Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends, holidays when needed.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests, process orders in POS accurately.
• Ensure outstanding guest experience and address complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and work areas.
• Set up and break down stations (deli, dessert, coffee, espresso).
• Prepare drink condiments as needed.
• Assist with seating and answering phones as needed.
• Perform all other sidework.
• Be flexible to take on other duties as required.
