Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks a physically capable team member in Alabama to unload products safely from rooftop conveyors and assist with delivery operations. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset.

Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; candidates should be prepared to work outdoors in a demanding environment and commute to the local branch in Robertsdale. Safety PPE is required daily.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to commute to the branch location.
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Commitment to following all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop.
• Assist with delivery operations and ground drop support when rooftop delivery isn’t feasible.
• Verify order contents prior to loading onto the delivery truck.
• Demonstrate daily commitment to safety and wear PPE at all times.
