Job summary

QXO is seeking a physically demanding, full-time delivery/roof loader to safely unload building products from rooftop conveyors and assist with delivery operations. The role requires comfort with working at heights and the ability to lift 65–95+ lbs while outdoors in heat.

Applicants should be reliable with transportation access and willing to work Monday–Friday starting at 6am; Spanish is a plus. Safety PPE is provided and required throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working at heights with fall protection.
• Regularly lift and move 65–95+ lbs in outdoor conditions.
• Access to reliable transportation to reach branches.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and bundles from rooftop conveyor loads.
• Verify order contents before loading onto the delivery truck.
• Assist with delivery operations and warehouse support as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
• Maintain a daily commitment to safety in outdoor work.
