QXO is seeking a Delivery Material Handler / Roof Loader in Tallahassee to safely unload roofing materials and assist with rooftop or ground deliveries. The role emphasizes strict safety, order accuracy, and teamwork at a physical outdoor site.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to commute to the branch.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus for communication with some customers and team members.
• Strong attention to detail to verify orders and ensure correct loading.
• Willingness to learn and follow all safety procedures and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Unload building products and shingles safely from the conveyor boom onto rooftops.
• Support the driver with ground drop operations when rooftop delivery is not feasible.
• Verify order contents before loading them onto the delivery truck.
• Assist with delivery operations as needed to ensure on-time service.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all protocols, wearing PPE.
