Job summary

Soul Community Planet (SCP) is hiring a Bartender/Server for our rooftop bar in Redmond. Part-time with benefits, $16 per hour plus tips. You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment delivering crafted beverages and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of bartending experience, a valid state alcohol server certification, and a customer-first attitude. Weekend availability is needed; drivers license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience.
• Must have State Alcohol Server Certification.
• Must be United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints to satisfaction.
• Greet guests and introduce menu options and items; inform customers about specials.
• Take orders, manage bar inventory, and balance cash transactions.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and health and safety standards.
