Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years bartending in high-volume or upscale settings.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Confident communicator with a hospitality-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings/weekends.
- Valid food safety and alcohol service certifications.
Responsibilities
- Craft and serve cocktails, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Deliver warm, professional, guest-centric service from arrival to close.
- Take orders, upsell with confidence, and manage POS transactions.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory control.
- Follow responsible alcohol service standards and all safety regulations.
