White Lodging's Sundeck Social Bartender role is based at Hotel Trinity's rooftop in downtown Austin, delivering high-quality bar service and building guest connections through knowledgeable cocktail recommendations and attentive service.

The position emphasizes maintaining a clean bar station, handling payments, and ensuring food and beverage quality. Certification requirements include Food Handler and TABC, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Food Handler and TABC Certifications required.
• Previous bartending experience preferred; hotel/restaurant/rooftop backgrounds a plus.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace; evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests with friendly conversation and expert knowledge of the cocktail menu, beer and wine.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily side work to health and safety standards.
• Accurately process cash, card, and digital payments and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and ensure a safe, positive work environment.
• Card guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to comply with liquor laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lunch and Dinner shifts available.
