Solette Seattle is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our rooftop team, delivering polished, guest-centric service in a fast-paced setting atop Level South Lake Union.

Craft cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages while upselling with confidence; maintain bar cleanliness and inventory; and adhere to responsible alcohol service standards.

This role offers competitive hourly pay and tips, with opportunities for growth in a vibrant, city-facing venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years bartending in high-volume or upscale settings.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Confident communicator with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid food safety and alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Deliver warm, professional, guest-centric service from arrival to close.
