The Monarch San Antonio, Curio Collection by Hilton, located in the Hemisfair District, seeks a Bartender to deliver high-energy beverage service in a vibrant rooftop setting. You will craft cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits while engaging guests with personality, professionalism, and speed, contributing to a lively rooftop experience.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience in high-volume or rooftop environments, strong knowledge of beverages, and the ability to work flexible hours,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation & Execution: Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits following established recipes.
• Guest Experience & Engagement: Engage guests with confidence and hospitality, guide through the beverage menu.
• Operations & Organization: Maintain bar cleanliness, follow opening/closing procedures, manage transactions, monitor inventory.
• Teamwork & Professionalism: Collaborate with servers and leadership, maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow alcohol service laws and health/sanitation standards.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned and maintain reliable attendance.
