Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Knowledge or ability to learn the restaurant POS system.
• Restaurant inventory and invoicing software proficiency is preferred.
• Hardworking, dedicated, with a real passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome our guests.
• Check the service stations and tables for accurate setup and cleanliness.
• Assist the restaurant dining services when necessary.
• Perform all necessary sidework, setup, and breakdown of the bar.
• Follow uniform and grooming specifications.
• Stock bar and related beverages; manage trash and cleaning.
• Unpack deliveries and stock bar; change beer kegs.
• Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or rude to other guests.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
