Qualifications

• 2–3 years of bar or hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong mixology and beverage management knowledge, including craft cocktails and wine.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an upbeat, welcoming environment that captures the essence of Moxy Hotels.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat visits.
• Supervise and inspire the rooftop bar team to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee all rooftop bar operations, including cash handling and sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio liquor laws and health regulations.
