Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, invites applicants for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greater Charleston area. This role involves inspecting roofs, communicating with customers, and assisting with proposals.

The position offers a salary of $50k-$55k with premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity, along with travel to customer sites and training to learn THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL,

Qualifications

• Computer skills: proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software.
• College Degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to climb ladders to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof.
• Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for proposals.
• Occasional overnight travel during the week.

This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary:

• Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof
• Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Occasional overnight travel during the week

Candidate Requirements:

• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree inConstruction Management or similarpreferred
