Job summary
CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, invites applicants for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greater Charleston area. This role involves inspecting roofs, communicating with customers, and assisting with proposals.
The position offers a salary of $50k-$55k with premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity, along with travel to customer sites and training to learn THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL,
Qualifications
- Computer skills: proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software.
- College Degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Able to climb ladders to 25 feet.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs.
- Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
- Measures commercial roofs and estimate amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof.
- Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for proposals.
- Occasional overnight travel during the week.
