Job summary

Erie Home is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee residential roofing projects from planning through completion. You will manage materials, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring exceptional customer service and on-time delivery.

You’ll lead crews, coordinate vendors, and maintain project documentation. The role requires hands-on roofing experience, organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license; OSHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in installation, construction, or project management.
• Hands-on residential roofing experience required.
• Experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
• Proficiency with Office 365 or CRM software helpful.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred or strong safety mindset.
• Willingness to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential roofing projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience by managing communication and expectations.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor crews for quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Order and deliver materials to job sites, keeping projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and completion details.
